Wow! St Attracta’s Community School are certainly the school of the season in Sligo so far! Not happy with just winning the All-Ireland Under 16 Girls Basketball they have now reached the All-Ireland Final of the Senior Colleges football after a stunning and nail biting victory over St Michael’s Grammar School Lurgan in Tempo, County Fermanagh. This one was epic and a real pleasure to photograph.

A selection of photos from the first round of the Minor Football League between Sligo and Leitrim which was played in Markievicz Park, Sligo on Saturday evening last are now available to view online (here). We’ve just posted a small sample of photos from the Connacht Colleges Senior B Football Final between St Attracta’s Community School (Tubbercurry, Sligo) and St Louis Community School (Kiltimagh, Mayo) which was played last Saturday (13th March) in Charlestown.

Great result for the Sligo lads – we look forward to following them in the All-Ireland series now.

We went down to Boyle on Friday last to photograph Ursuline College v Scoil Mhuire Strokestown in the Pat The Baker Connacht Post Primary Schools Senior C Final. It was a beautiful day – perfect for free flowing football. We got some cracking photos and got to enjoy a really entertaining game of football.

We got to photograph Summerhill College against St Jarlaths of Tuam in the Connacht Senior Colleges A Football Quarter Finals recently. Big game – Big result – Big photos! We went down to wet and windy Tubbercurry and were lucky enough to witness a fantastic result for ‘the hill’.
